Payment Options

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to join us at the VVC Christmas Party: Night at the Masquerade!

To accommodate everyone's preferences, we offer a variety of payment options for ticket purchases.

Online Payment

You can also purchase your tickets online quickly and easily. Simply select the number of tickets you'd like to purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email payment is processed.

Payroll Deduction

(Last day to sign up for payroll deductions November 6th)

For VVC employees, we're offering a payroll deduction option to spread the cost of your ticket over three payments.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Complete the Payroll Deduction Form:

  4. Submit by November 6, 2024:
  5. Ensure your form is submitted on time to Hailey Teeter at President’s Office,  Building 55 to be processed before the event.

  7. Deductions Spread Over Three Pay Periods:
  8. This makes it more affordable by breaking up the payment into smaller, manageable amounts.

Visiting the President's office with cash or check. We recommend contacting the office beforehand to arrange your payment and confirm availability.
