The Padmavati Paladugu Nursing Endowment fund was established in honor of the late Padmavati Paladugu, wife of St. Mary Medical Center Chief Pathologist Dr. Rao Paladugu. It is Dr. & (late) Mrs. Paladugu’s desire to encourage excellence in nursing care and in the nursing profession as a whole. The endowment fund was established in 2002 with a very generous gift from Dr. Paladugu in honor of his wife.
