Mary Danielle came to the profession of nursing in a non-traditional manner. After 20 years as an attorney, Mary began a battle with breast cancer. This experience drew Mary toward a new calling, the pursuit of a degree in nursing. After graduation, Mary found fulfillment and joy as an ICU nurse. This scholarship memorializes Mary’s wish to help nursing students achieve their goals.
